Pros

Its a good environment to learn new skills because you're free to work with other teams and to jump into meetings to find out about whats going on within the company. There's also a stocked kitchen, free coffee, catered lunch once a week, and fun company outings once a month.

Cons

Its kind of hard to move up promotion wise and hard to move within the company. Seems like there is some favoritism when it comes to praise and recognition.

Great people, fun office environment, & interesting product/service. Your suggestions and opinions get heard all they way to the top, and everyone';s contributions are valued and appreciated.

Cons

Because FreeCause is a small yet dedicated team, the workload is pretty big and there is little downtime (not necessarily bad). Often have to petition for priority in queue.
