      Pros

      WLB, you can use flex when you have ot. But it depends on the group, so be careful.

      Cons

      Low promotion and salary raise. Last time I was only raised 1% for my base, and I don't have expectations for my next evaluation even though 2 times for 1 year.

      Great workplace in Japan but pressure from management

      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to live in Japan. People are great, but it mostly depends on the team. Lots of South Asians if you know what I mean.

      Cons

      There many levels of management that are just pressured by whoever is on top. The pressure trickles down to the actual workers.
