For some teams Japan management will tell you when to breathe , when to stand ,where to walk and India management (leadership) are spectators even after knowing the problems they ignore it . CEO meets teams once in a year gives high level lecture which makes no sense and employees cant connect with it because its irrelevant. For some teams their is no future for engineers or even managers. The same work is repeated again and again over years with no growth. Japan teams will think you as paid servant and India Leadership will treat you like step mother. You feel yourself like refugee.

Horrible HR team - The HR has not connected in the last 6 months. Only discusses with top management and favours the company. ZERO transparency and Trust on HR's Very Chaotic team - multiple processes. Have to end up reaching out to so many people due to lack of ownership of processes.
