      Good start but now going down slide in new management

      Pros

      japanese teams are highly cooperative very process oriented open culture in both bangalore and japan teams got to learn lots of new technologies being in the development team. my team lead was very good on mobile technology stack

      Cons

      all of top management is new here lacks ethics and integrity my manager told me they are forcing ppl to write good reviews online. for every _ve review you will see 3-4 +ve reviews that are coming. no long term thinking. hire ppl and then think where to make them work much of new staff is pulling in from new management's older companies due to lay offs or company closure

      Pros

      If you're in management, you can take credit for other people's work. If you're not in management, no one really cares what you do anyway or they don't have a clue. If you want to join the company, best to work at the subsidiaries; at least they seem to know what they are doing and the culture is a lot healthier.

      Cons

      Seriously, avoid this place unless you don't care about making any difference. Huge turnover at all levels. Management don't seem to care either and hr has zero people skills and are just paper pushers.

      Smart and hard-working employees Laid back environment Nice location

      Cons

      Executives can't or won't give direction Politics... way too much politics and secrets Open office area means no privacy Nothing gets done Orange County office shutting down so most of the people won't be working here for long. So no job growth here.
