Low pay company used to give small annual raises if you had a good annual review but that stopped 2 years ago, so pay has been stagnant and I recently realized I'm making half of what someone with my experience does on average elsewhere. They used to have an actual human team for monitoring calls for accuracy and following the script, then several years ago switched to an ai system which has a harder time understanding context causing you to get dinged for things a human wouldn't ding you on.
