*Jobs are being sent to India and layoffs are almost yearly. Last year was the worst *Upper management only promoted based by favoritism *A lot of micromanagement *They got rid of all bonus plans and incentives *Management was clueless about processes. Processes don’t even exist *Nothing was ever rolled out *Communication was terrible *If we actually got raises, there were tons of excuses on why it was so little even when they made plan *Employees were never listened to they only got in trouble when processes, that were not even rolled-out, were not followed *They ONLY care about the $$$ *Benefits like medical cost 75% more than at other companies *I won’t be suprised if they go out of business in the US in about 2 years

1. Pathetic hiring process 2. In one month they conduct one round and went to hibernation. 3. After discussing about Expected salary they negotiate badly. 4. Very slow and unprofessional attitude of an HR and almost impossible to get work done.
