Pros
Nothing. My entire time at Randstad Digital was negative. I could say that there was some good people in the organization, but they are few and far between.
Cons
There are too many to list. I'll name a few. Horrible work/life balance. Expected to work pretty well 24/7. Low pay. No training at all, no support from management, and blamed for my manager's failures. An example, of the poor management is that I fell on the ice in the winter, hit my head, and got a concussion. I sent a message to my manager to let him know what happened and that I was not able to work. He responded by saying that I was not being a team player, and did not cover for me at all while I was out. Had the opportunity to work with the senior leadership team, and they were terrible people that didn't know what they were doing and didn't have their employee's best interests at heart
