      Pros

      Base salary was good, vacation was very flexible, no BS meetings. You really got to own your days/weeks which was really nice coming from a super micromanaged previous job.

      Cons

      Lack of company culture. The way the company is structured make it near impossible to close deals once opportunities were identified. I was constantly bounced from "I don't know if we can do that" "I don't know who to ask" "I don't know who owns that" which was super frustrating and lead to a lot of dead ends even after qualifying opportunities. No performance conversations were ever had, good or bad. Managers were expected to sell, which left no time for individual development/team managing.

      too many cooks in the kitchen, and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
