- chill atmosphere - friendly, helpful and supportive coworkers - full time work from home available (depending on project) - some access to self-improvement benefits (trainings, courses etc.) - supportive management

Cons

- smaller size company (Sibiu HQ has about 120 people working in it last time I checked) -> many of the extra benefits from larger companies are missing (example: office is pretty boring and basic, private healthcare basic, discounts and other offers very limited, etc.) - average / below average pay depending on how well you negotiate
