      There were some really talented, nice people who worked there but there was also a few sharks

      Lack of training. Very much sink or swim when I started in Randstad CPE as a trainee

      Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear that you felt the training and support wasn't good enough. Over the last few months we have invested significantly into our L&D team, and we will be launching our new 6 month training programme for new starters in January, which will offer new employees fantastic support as they learn how to be a great recruiter!

      Pros

      People. Clients, candidates and colleagues. Credible brand in a highly competitive sector. I also think the management team are focused on keeping great people.

      Cons

      Very KPI driven and not always able to measure people's impact outside of GP $. Some technology changes to allow a bit more mobility would also help with overall productivity
