      Pros

      Learn,experiment,explore.You can have your entrepreneurial experiments tested by management.open to ideas and innovation. Encourages young,fresh minded talent pool. Senior management is easily approachable hence solution pipeline is flat. Recognition in the job market is outstanding for Randstad employees in terms of promising opportunities.If you are a Randstad product you will always be hunted by other good companies for challenging assignments. Setting up a new team across India.

      Cons

      The Mafoi-Randstad hangover not over yet exit of senior members is happening. Management does not seem to be interested in retaining senior rich talent and capable leaders. Exit of few key members is leading to canabalization. Exiting business gamuts rapidly serviced before to ensure profitability and not by actually doing business,labeling it as non competent areas but being a strategy to cut down overheads.

      Good and bad

      Pros

      Well-known brand. Roles coming in from BD team and other teams all time which makes life easier. Depending on your market, the database might be very relevant and have lots of good candidates (depends on market though). Not overly-demanding on working long hours like other companies.

      Cons

      Hard to get on with the job - many many layers of management (mostly overpaid expats) who will do their best to drag you from your desk and interrogate you monthly, weekly, daily... Some managers really got nothing to do except create problems, especially those expat ones who no longer do recruitment and have moved into made-up roles. No chance of promotion unless you're in the right clique, despite what they claim.
