Pros
The recruiters are great. They actually look out for you and return calls. I signed up for multiple agencies, and Randstad delivered positive results. They typically give you very decent assignments. I am in a place, in which I can land my dream job. They have opened a door of networking in a company that is very difficult to get a call back for an interview. If i don't land the permanent position while I am here, I have added excellent references, and networking contacts, as I continue to look for full-time work. They also help you with your resume.
Cons
No complaints, This is a temp agency; however, my ultimate goal is to lock in full-time employment. This is one way to get into the back-door, and meet the hiring manager.
