Pros
Randstad is a great company to take into consideration what your skills and work history contains. They will help assign you to open jobs with good pay-rates. In 2013 I moved to another state and was out of work for almost 3/mo. I signed up with Randstad and they placed me within a week. I have since gone to a permanent position, but that's the fantastic thing about them. They offer temp to perm, temp and also contract positions.
Cons
As a whole, benefits are only offered through certain companies who approve it through Randstad. Many clients offer PTO, Vacation, Holiday, etc. Benefits are offered, Randstad goes through a third party company. Coverage is taken out weekly. While I did not opt for this coverage, the insurance offered now is better than prior coverages. Scheduling for social events outside of work can be awkward due to being a temp
