      Pros

      Supportive in looking for jobs good jobs for candidates. Site supervisor with Menlo is excellent at trying to find additional work when assignment ends.

      Cons

      Follow up with candidates can be a slow process and response time is slow. You have to contact them to see where you are as far as applications.

      Pros

      Great team Fancy office Many teambuilding events on- and offsite throughout a year You have a good deal of freedom in organizing your own job You can learn a lot about recruitment and the company offers some valuable trainings you can participate.

      Cons

      Huge employee turnover I's ALL about money. Many KPI's are based on input not on achievement (except for the revenue you generate) The organizational structure is really flat, there are artificially created seniority levels that have only small differences, but basically you do the same thing. No real growth opportunities in the company.
