Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule. You get to help others. You learn a lot as a note-taker for university lectures. You get to meet new people. You create your own workload, when work is available. There's a lot of freedom in this job.
Cons
Management is distant and only communicates through email and rarely over the phone. The amount of work coincides with classes so there's not as much work in the summer. You have to be careful of clients who don't want to do their own homework--know where to draw the line. Can be very competitive when it comes to signing up for work assignments; there are a lot of other support workers.
