      To say it is such a large organisation, it is like working within a "boys network" where if you get on with the right people you get on. Extreme Micro management of even very very experienced recruitment professionals.

      Quickly finds work available in your local area, quick about the paper work and getting you in gear to start an assignment.

      Cons

      Hard to receive a respond to emails or phone calls. Doesn't put in 100% when it comes down to securing or keeping a position, especially when injuries occur. Just over all lazy and uninterested in employee issues.
