      Decent benefits. PTO and health insurance is okay.

      Cons

      Terrible Managemnet. (Micromanaged employees ala kinder garden style) No professionalism in the office. Been in the field for multiple years and worked for many reputable companies, of which this is the worst culture I have ever come across.

      HR support team is useless, all the way from point of contact, to his manager. To managers manager. All they care about is billing from client, deputed employee's problems are non of their concern.

      The people of walmart. Working with them directly is better than dealing with s1 boss. If it werent for them i left a long time ago.

      Cons

      Management. Constant harassment and stress and worry if your boss is gonna fire you because you reject them. This is a place of work not for your hunting grounds. Even if you do make the numbers youre required if the boss doesnt like you or if youre not willing to “go the extra mile” you most likely wont have a job. $12 and hour isnt worth being sexually harassed and made feel very uncomfortable.
