A great place to learn and understand how startups scale into international companies. Co-workers are open and friendly, creating a supportive environment. You'll get to work on interesting projects—and most of them actually get built. The company offers decent employee benefits and is reliable when it comes to payments.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities, and salary raises are hard to come by due to inconsistent performance reviews. There are frequent layoffs—almost every 4 months—which creates a sense of instability. Design isn't a priority at Rappi and often feels like an afterthought rather than a strategic function.
