      Excellent work environment. You learn a lot. It's a pretty horizontal company. No work schedule. The StartUp environment make you face giant challenges. At Rappi are you going to find the most brilliant minds in Latin America. Best place to work on Latin America.

      - Definitely need more Seniors & Senior Management - Cell type org-chart results in disconnection between teams sometimes - Startup mode (yup, both in pros & cons, you choose whether it's good or bad for you)
