      Interesting problems Top of the line technology Dynamic and high pressure environment Internarnational visibility

      Cons

      No respect whatsoever for personal time Raises are only given when you quit the company, even though it is very deserved Raises are preferablu given to business heads’ buddies No benefits of any kind Extra hours are not paid and you are expected to be available 24/7

      Pros

      There is a lot of work and the job you make really has an impact on the company. Learnings are meaningful and you get to be involved in as many business as you want to.

      Cons

      Leadership is ill prepared, there's conflict between leaders that trespasses to workers, they expect people to be 11 hours in the office even if they're not doing anything. There's no real bonus or recognition for being productive but expected to be there long hours.
