Positive work environment, super non-corporate, creative and open-minded coworkers. Opportunity to pitch ideas, small and large, and see them executed.

Cons

Retains the disastrous structure of its start-up origins. The current HR staff is seriously lacking. There is a real need for senior level staff members as average age of current staff hovers around 30.

Great office perks, nice & creative coworkers, freedom to work at your own pace as long as everything was turned in on time.

Cons

They laid me off and then asked me to reconsider leaving when the other AE quit. They showed a real lack of caring about my future and there was no upward momentum even possible.
