Some truly inspiring people to work with, especially in editorial

Cons

Clique/high school environment. If you're not how they define 'cool' then you just don't fit in The business doesn't live up to what they stand for. They write articles about flexible working, yet I was never allowed to work from home. They write about poor maternity pay, yet they offer a shocking package. They write about work/life balance but it simply doesn't exist there.
