If you are a gamer who take play seriously, Riot is the best place to work. The manifesto is not empty words at all, it is practiced in Riot. League of legends, the game title of Riot is still popular.

Cons

If you are not a gamer, it would be hard for you to adapt to the culture. Misson-driven, culture-driven company.
