      - Fast paced environment where you don't have to be stuck doing the same thing every day - Lots of opportunity to pursue areas you are passionate about, not just what your job title is - Riot is a place where you can really step in and make an impact, regardless of your level - Everyone is aligned on the company's goal: To be the most player-centered game company in the world.

      - Lack of organization can sometimes cause headaches when trying to work across teams

      Pros

      1) Full of brilliant, energetic, creative people 2) Every team is working on something awesome 3) Cultural benefits are great - Outings, lots of food, the works.

      Cons

      Pay. Company runs like it's a startup; lean teams responsible for huge features. Thing is, we're not a startup where employees can expect peanuts for long term rewards. With the amount of responsibility that lands in the lap of each employee, salaries should be in the rock star range.

      Pros

      Profit growth is exponential. Typical game culture. No real crunching although sometimes overtime is required and working weekends depending on job role.

      Cons

      Getting really big. It is really easy to get stuck in a department or field and not be able to get out.
