We appreciate the willingness to evaluate us, about growth opportunity as we have a very low rate of voluntary layoffs, often the promotion, which depends on this factor, ends up not happening within expectation, but we have a talent development program employees can be part by indication of the manager or self-indication, then going through a validation.
