In this way, all our vacancies are advertised and all employees can apply for vacancies published within the Bosch Group. In addition to the talent development program, where employees can take part by indication of the manager or self-appointment, later going through a validation. However, as we have a very low rate of voluntary dismissals, often the opportunity, which depends on this factor, ends up not happening within the employee's expectations.
