Bosch recently launched 10 leadership principles that reinforce the attitudes that the company expects from both management and employees to lead Bosch to a transformation. Among them, we can highlight autonomy for decision-making and tolerance of errors, because we understand that they are part of learning, if we think of a journey of transformation.
