      Hello. We appreciate your evaluation. We have a talent development program. Employees can be part by indication of the manager or self-indication, then passing through a validation. As we have a very low rate of voluntary layoffs, often the promotion, which depends on this factor, ends up not happening within the expectation of the employee.
