Pros

1. Free biscuits and beverages 2. Colleagues are nice 3. Unlimited time to play table tennis 4. Unlimited time for tea breaks 5. Late reporting hours

Cons

1. Local CEO is not compasssionate, very low EQ, change his mind very often, calls in the middle of the night, just wants to hear the good stuff, poor judgment of people, when he wants he have to had it (no other supporting reason needed), bad temper, micro-management, thinks he is always right 2. Local company has little support from HQ 3. Very strong German culture, very hard to operate in a multi racial company 4. For some, no work life balance 5. As the management is so poor, staff often dont have anything to do, which leads to others' feeling unfair 6. People have given up talking, as would there be real improvement?

Pros

I have got nothing good to say about this role at all. I didn't enjoy any parts of this role. I would have given them no stars if it was possible.

Cons

I worked here as a Social Media Specialist thinking I would join a big organisation's marketing team. I was told that this was an exciting role supporting Bosch Security Systems working on their social media channels and I was required to provide quite a bit of proof about my marketing and social media experience. Once started I found out that I was a call centre agent dealing with customer complaints on a number of social media channels. The role had nothing to do with being creative, creating content or doing analysis. All you do as part of that role is to forward cases to the actual social media page managers. That's literally it. They do not offer any sort of development opportunities and are extremely unprofessional. In the job advert it said they provide many benefits, such as healthcare, optical care, etc. On joining I asked for those benefits, only to be told that that's not really true and they don't offer healthcare at all and optical only if it has got to with work on computers. The equipment is pretty poor and you don't even get a DSE assessment to see if your work station has been set up correctly. They gave me incorrect information on pension schemes. However I still decided to join the scheme paid 2 months' contributions only to be told that I hadn't even been enrolled on to the scheme. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I would not even buy Bosch products anymore having seen how they deal with customers. They don't have any sort of induction programmes so you get in on your first day and nobody knows why you are even there. It was the most disappointing and horrible experience. Unless you are looking for a call centre agent that doesn't require a lot of thinking and you are not bothered about incorrect pay, benefits or anything else, this is a horrible place to work. I spoke to at least 5 other members of the team who were not aware that this was a call centre before they started. I left after only 3 months and this was the best decision I made!

Pros

Good work culture by Company

Cons

Depends on management. I have worked in 2 different teams. One team has quite employee friendly atmosphere. Supports for employee from management in terms of skill development work life balance etc. The other team is management centric. You have to influence your management, then theh may find some time to discuss with you. No guarantee the problem will be addressed. They will say you are not efficient enough to do so. No motivation. Even they dont support for your training also. Work load is this much that forget about learning new things, won't get time to sleep. HR is also biased. So these teams are like that.
