Business Outlook
Pros
Great brand. The parent company is extremely innovative. Majority of the profit goes to charitable causes. Staff receive discount on Bosch products although you can actually get them cheaper from the big retailers.There are lots of career opportunities globally if you are single and free to relocate.People are friendly and the office is a multi-lingual environment which is very diverse.
Cons
Salary isn't always market related. Management within each department is inconsistent. Processes weren't always followed. There aren't many opportunities to develop further within the location. There is no defined career path. For people who change roles, there are no training plan put in place.
