Worst company, useless and inefficient management and HR
Pros
Don't join this company if you don't want to ruin your company. Many fake reviews are there by the management. One could see many reviews with 5 stars every consecutive day . HRS are useless to the core.
Cons
Never join coimbatore bosch as u would end up ruining your career. Only local tamils are prepared. In your team, if more tamils are there, you are gone. They will speak in tamil n u will not understand anything. Managers come there to just relax and attend some meeting , where mostly they will either sleep or take orders from German counterparts. These useless managers don't have any skills. Leave tech skills, they don't have proper communication skills. They are only good at speaking in tamil. I had very bad experience in coimbatore bosch. Most of the freshers leave as early as possible. Bosch is no more a product based company, it is more like a service based company.
