      Pros

      Company is flexible, you can maintain good work life balance if you can let go of all the stress-inducing stuff. If you do at least the bare minimum, you can retire from here. Relatively good salary.

      Cons

      If you can't ignore the madness and idiocy that hinders doing your job every day, this company will kill your soul day-by-day. You are a very small cog in a huge machine. Have to do the same mundane tasks week to week. No creativity needed. The company is very sluggish to adapt. Outdated methods and tools are used for "historical reasons" everywhere. If you have a good idea with clear benefits, it's really hard to push it through.
