      Service based company culture, Pressure, Onsites are based on favours. Not all departments are same, be prepared for a shock, Managers has this rude attitude towards lateral employees

      Workload is insane. No work-life balance. Too much pressure / stress It is difficult to work with this kind of management (Indian work culture, They don’t try to understand the way of work in Mexico, they just impose themselves) Don’t pay attention to the needs of their employees All this generates a high turnover of personnel....
