Dominance of middle level employees who act as a barrier between new talented employees and the management, hence avoiding the growth of newly joined candidates. In order to make themselves sustaining in their positions, middle level employees are having such a bad attitude 6. Need to understand that this organization is just a new born baby among the IT giants in the country and should act accordingly rather than boasting of their automotive domain glories.
