      Pros

      Bosch shows a great example of what a multinational organization is, and how multi-level management is arranged. Working at Bosch provides opportunities to work with expats. Since Bosch is an average performer, working here shows a glimpse into the software industry -> a good career starter for most. Salary is average. Functional equipment. Mixed background workforce. Bosch's contracts in Vietnam are mostly mediocre (standard), but I luckily landed a great one, so all great.

      Cons

      Most frameworks used are either internal - which means knowledge is non-transferable - or extremely dated which also means the same thing. Most Boschers are literally code monkeys with really high specialism but relatively weak in term of managerial prowess. Poor English overall, in all divisions. Offices are really muted and unmotivating. Career opportunities is sufficient. Continuous propagandas about Bosch displayed and mentioned by low-tier managers.

      All is a Political Game

      The organization operates in a Machiavellian manner, where all decisions are driven by politics rather than merit, leading to a toxic environment and high employee turnover. Certain segments, known as "Kingdoms," are rife with individuals engaging in political maneuvering, supported by uninformed managers. This conduct is marked by a complete lack of integrity, perpetuating manipulation, deceit, and internal sabotage. The culture of deceit and betrayal is pervasive, even celebrated with games that aim to teach how to be a good "saboteur" of competing groups. The resulting environment is toxic, unproductive, and detrimental to personal growth. It is advisable to steer clear of this organization.
