      Fast-paced environment. Flexibility on working house and location. Lots of intelligent and educated people.

      Cons

      Inflexible pay schemes which are not competitive to roles and responsibilities. Disrespectful and micromanaging leaders in the NA Supply Chain group. Opportunities for career growth take many years to find.

      Cons

      This is a separate entity of Bosch which provide services to them but it is no better than any service based companies. 1. Very Low Salary compared to Market. 2.Lot of Internal Politics 3.Hikes are joke 4. No Quality Work 5.Management just talk big words , don't deliver.

      Pros

      You carry the reputable name of Robert Bosch on your CV and you can learn alot, but its highly dependant on your department and the line manager

      Cons

      It's a very corporate environment and although the office was adopting a new open space plan before I just left; it's very rare to see people from different division and departments interacting. This to me limits the learning potential, especially as an Intern!
