Pros

Working at Rockstar Games has been one of the most creatively fulfilling experiences of my career. The design team is packed with incredibly talented individuals who are passionate, collaborative, and always pushing boundaries. As a Senior Graphic Designer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything from in-game assets to global marketing campaigns—every project feels meaningful and high-impact. The culture is demanding but supportive. Rockstar sets a high bar, but they also give you the tools, time, and trust to hit it. Leadership genuinely values design as a core part of the company’s identity, which is refreshing. You’re not just decorating—you’re shaping the look and feel of some of the most recognized titles in gaming.
