Pros

-You can work on great AAA titles like Grand Theft Auto -Interview is pretty easy compared to other AAA Publishers/Developers

Cons

-Most of the people are bullying new people, asking what they done before etc, sometimes insulting them without any reason -Lot of overtime work -Salary is low compared to the minimum of 50hours/week work -Many promises are unkept

Pros

Rockstar isn't just the name of the place, it's the caliber of your fellow employees. I've worked at a lot of games companies and have rarely seen a smarter, more talented, more ambitious group. During the run-up to GTA V's release, we pulled a lot of OT, but the feeling of "we have a chance to make the best game ever released" was prevalent. It's like the game equivalent of what I'd imagine working at NASA would be like.

Cons

Well, they're honest about it, but those hours are loooong. It's not for everyone and can get to you after a few years, even if it is for you.
