Pros

Working at a video game company is a fantastic, especially if its Rockstar Games. Help yourself to all the great Rockstar apparel and the pay is great, not to mention the company parties.

Cons

I've found it to be the nature of the business: Since games aren't released every month, the workload is very cyclical. At time of business, its great and satisfying, at slow times, work can become tedious.

Pros

Flexible hours, you can bring your dog to the office, dinner is on the company during crunch and great coworkers

Cons

Play hard, work hard. Everyone expects that you put your best efforts to get your work done, even if it means staying late, or coming on weekends. No overtime pay.

Pros

Welcoming and friendly environment. I mean that your colleges are funny and talkative people. They are very easy-going. You can improve you skills working here for sure.

Cons

- The salary is good but not that satisfying for the whole work here... You will work 6 days a week and 10+ hours (Y) - You won't have that much life outside the company.. - It is the project on 1st place then it is you... - Managers are just stuped..
