Pros

It is hard to find pros today for SAP. The company today is a Frankstein. Unfortunately the company lost it's Identity.

Cons

Poor management, poor HR, unequal opportunities, lack of human relations and other.

We're sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. With so many offices around the world, sometimes people have different experiences of the same company in various locations. But thank you for taking the time to leave a review; we'll forward your feedback in the right direction.

Pros

Outstanding work-life balance. Many people almost do not even work at SAP, and spend all day doing personal tasks and watching videos. Good point is getting experience on a specific module, and leave SAP to work as external consultant.

Cons

The same people that do not work sometimes earn almost the double than hard workers. SAP has no meritocracy and the salary is only based on initial negotiation. In Brazil if you do not negotiate a good salary when you enter, either you become a manager (which is an extremely unclear process) or you will get frustrated as you will produce a lot and will only hear "sorry" from your manager.

Pros

Meal voucher and Stock options are interesting. Compensation is better than the average, but there are way better options out there.

Cons

The less you work, the more you are actually valued. If you participate in their internal events and be only 30% of the time helping your team, you are more likely to receive a raise than the other colleagues that are actually doing the hard work you avoid to do. The health care used to be incredible in the past, but they limited it a lot.
