      Stay away unless you want to be laid off!

      Work from home benefits. Lack of management allows you to work your own schedule

      Cons

      - VERY frequent layoffs. Don't get too comfortable. - Upper management has such a myopic focus on hitting revenue goals for the closest event, that there is no outlook for the full year and they can't figure out why each quarter sales are down. - President is focused on picking favorites and calling everyone 'babe' that if you're not on her list, forget about succeeding.

      Competitive health benefits and that is all.

      Cons

      Sr. Management has no clue what they are doing. If you aren't in NYC you might as well not exist. CEO is disconnected from the company and Finance makes all the business decisions based on their cash flow. President and most Sr. Management are disconnected from reality and often times don't even know the names of their employees.
