Pros
They provide great company benefits, time off, time flexibility, they will hire you even if you have no industry experience, fully stocked kitchen with goodies and coffee, casual attire, you will learn a lot, young crowd
Cons
You will have to have a thick skin and the desire to learn on your own to work here. You should be able to handle being thrown under the bus a few times. There is a ton of office politics, inappropriate jokes and conversations. It's like going back to high school.
