How you treat people matters!

Pros

Generous PTO policy, good benefits. Fun company sponsored events.

Cons

Executives are arrogant and don't respect what expertise their employees have. Turnover in 2015 more than 50%, of that about half quit and the other half gets fired. Two classes of people at SK: execs, sale reps and marketing reps are treates like royalty, every one else works like a dog.

Pros

Good perks such as parties, events, happy hours, fun contests, work with a lot of talented people, the office is absolutely beautiful.

Cons

Management is reaction-driven. Something comes up, huge, sweeping, poorly thought out decisions are made rashly. People are sometimes viewed as dispensable, when really, they are NOT. Strong crisis-management style trend, as well as lots of long hours.

Get to learn all aspects of an online publication. I gained tons of experience with SEO and got tons of clips published. They let you write as much as you want, if you're a decent writer, which is nice. Also looks great on a resume.

Cons

Unpaid with tons of grunt work. I understand that comes with being an intern, but the amount of daunting tasks I had to do hardly gave me any time to write articles.
