High Turnover Rate & Heavy Employee Favoritism

Great PTO and benefits package, entry-level team members have phenomenal camaraderie

Cons

The turnover rate here is ridiculous. There is heavy favoritism towards sales personnel here and it's very obvious. And, if by chance, you're not clicking with these favored employees, you'll be fired. Sellers get all the attention and recognition - CMs, Integrated Marketing, and Planners are doing the bulk of the work, but receive none of that recognition. Please beware of this employer. They're extremely quick to lay people off and pick favorites. You can be a contributing member but still get the boot. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

It is important to us as a company that we are functioning in the same capacity and that everyone receives the same work experience. As with any company, there will be attrition from growth or various other reasons. We are not happy to hear that you feel your work experience is not where you expected. Manageable workload and some smart people.

Cons

Not a lot of good things to say--terrible management that bleeds down throughout the entire company. Never worked with a group generally so unhappy to be there.
