      Pros

      Sheknows is the best kept secret for the best place to work for in the Valley. The culture, opportunities, compensation, and grown make me very grateful to be a part of such a winning team!

      Cons

      Been here a year... the old office space had much to be desired, but that was quickly remedied in our new pad near Kierland. I can't think of any cons at this time.

      -Co-workers were great people to work with -Generous vacation package (office closes for a week at Christmas) -Dog Friendly environment

      -Poor training -Poor management -Sales people are taken care of more than service teams -compensation does not match the amount of work
