Business Outlook
Pros
You get to work with some great people and sometimes get to produce fun creative projects. An ordinary day at the office could mean meeting a celebrity or an executive that brings you opportunities. Office is beautiful and in a great NYC location. Lots of free stuff and perks from brands, Very good health insurance.
Cons
Pay equity issues out of control. No accountability from management that likes to blame the people below. Younger employees are underpaid, exploited, and overworked. Job duties change on a whim with no possibility for increased compensation. No sense of direction. Having a hard time navigating the big changes happening in media and aren't making courageous long-term investments to preserve their business.
