Cons

Not enough time in the day...week...month..! Ever-changing media industry. Challenging advertising landscape. Working on better collaboration and communication across teams and offices.

Investors are ready to sell the sinking ship

Pros

The people are great, at least below the executive level. Free food available in the break room which is great.

Cons

Lot of reviews claim the main office is moving to New York, but it seems more like the investors are clearing up the company balance sheet in an effort to off load their bad investment.

Pros

When I first joined there seemed to be an overwhelming amount of pros; only ones left I would say are flexibility, work from home as needed; great culture activities; location; creative colleagues.

Cons

Downside is after my first year with the company and taking my rose colored glasses off, it was obvious that this was not an environment of growth or opportunity. Too much of a revolving door with colleagues and not enough honesty by the executive team. Aggressive favoritism, aggressive gossiping and obnoxious executives.
