      - Good office ambience - Free meals - Relaxed life

      Cons

      - Company will deducted extra vacation from next month's earned, when you take a leave from your own balance leaves. So they don't give the promised number of leaves in a year. - There is no point saying anything to HR, as they'll never listen to their flaws. - No yearly increment, just wait for company's market correction once in 2/3yrs. - Your work performance is never counted as there is no yearly increment and variable pay is given on company's performance. - No growth as promotion program is so bad that forget about it.

      - Decent Benefits at the Entry Level - Well paying at the Entry Level - Ability to move jobs every 2-3 years - Flexible Schedule - Semi-remote schedules are being piloted in IT

      Cons

      - HR is not strong - Unrealistic deadlines (that keep getting smaller even though everything seems to falling apart) - Toxic Culture - No work life balance - Terrible approach for Promotions (I've never gotten a clear answer from anyone so my salary has been stagnant for 5 years. When I raised this to one of the higher ups I work with, it was implied that it was my fault even though I had been asking for years)
