Business Outlook
Pros
Structured development, great training. You have a lot of opportunities for advancement within the organization. SLB promote their managers from within, so there is always someone who understands the culture of the company in charge.
Cons
Some of the managers are rather weak and do not know how to manage people - their focus is technical and they do a great job of that, but they do not have good leaders or mentors to emulate.
