Pros

Free lunch ,Health Policies, Salary and free Snacks

Cons

-HR has no say in resolving any HR related matters. A manager (who has spent 5+ years in org) can get any away with unprofessional acts such as personal favors and many more. -They ask to complete N number of ethics exam but they follow almost none. One word: Hypocrisy.

Pros

None at All. Paycheck may be the only one.

Cons

90% Office Politics 10% Work Unethical People -mostly managers Toxic Work Environment Disrespectful Environment - Freshers are insulted most of the times and treated like slaves Make you work on the weekends and other holidays whether it is urgent or not just to show their authority and feel like kings. For Girls - It is a nightmare if you are not a political person and are work focussed. Non Inclusive Culture. HR always listen to managers, do not listen to employees. Exploitation at its Height. No communication preferred in case of any issue to employees, only communications through HR actions to oppress the employees and make them feel like slaves. In short, this place is hell for high potential employees starting their career.

Pros

1) Good insurance coverage, 2) good starting salary, 3) (mostly) great work colleague although most of the employee becoming over-stressed and frustrated & frustrating to work with later in their career year 4) truly international & diverse work environment

Cons

1) almost none existence work-life balance, and there were instances when you get frowned upon when you choose to leave the office on-time. working late nights (even after midnight) and on weekends were a norm and not compensated anymore 2) employees were overworked, it's almost normal to shoulder 2 employee workload, and some instance you have to cover for 3 staff workloads 3) good or even excellent performance usually overlooked especially if you were in support team. 4) no sense of camaraderie within the same team, unless a team found a common enemy to harp on 5) Operation/Sales Managers being changed very frequently; these managers don't care about the employees well-being/team building, since they only need to take care of the result during the assignment period to help their next career move.
